Barbara Vakassian Florals has been providing custom floral design services to Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. As a result of her excellent reputation and unique floral design approach, Barbara Vakassian is highly sought after by the most discriminating clientele for her diverse and distinctive approach to floral composition and design. Every floral piece Barbara creates is made to be unique and completely individual by visualizing each specific event as an expression of her clients desires.
History:
Barbara has been working as an artist and designer for the past25 years, beginning her career as a Fashion Design professional, then stumbling upon a small flower shop for sale in Sausalito, Ca. She purchased the shop, took some floral classes, and has never looked back. Barbara has since sold the shop and moved up into the Northern California wine country where she works as a freelance florist; doing weddings, winery and business events, as well as private parties and functions.
